As Mad as a Hatter

Commissioned by ~smittenonshino. A mad hatter. Colour scheme was to be green and orange. Yes, my colouring fails. xD

Funny picture, this one. I drew it while getting a haircut because I was rushing. xDD It took 16 minutes and 37 seconds.
After I was done cleaning my room, I worked on the photoshop version, which took longer than expected: 25 minutes and 34 seconds. Probably because it was in colour. xD

I think I need one more commission before debts are repayed. I need to finish before the end of the day. xD
